This is an opportunity to breathe, move slowly and and let go. While we also make space to conjure up our desires and dreams under the warm glow of candles and the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls. All you need to bring is yourself - just as you are, & a yoga mat! We will have water & booch available! If you want to get extra cozy feel free to bring a blanket or pillow and wear comfortable clothes. All abilities and body types are welcomed. We look forward to vibing with you.❤ Masks are required, and we will continue to maintain safe distance in between participants.
