We'll start the evening with some gentle movement and then end the evening with an IAM Yoga Nidra, a sleep based meditation.
"What is IAM Yoga Nidra", you ask. IAM Yoga Nidra is the art of non-doing. This sleep based meditation uses a series of breath, body and awareness techniques to remove the mind so the body can restore itself to its optimal functioning condition.

To fully relax and receive during the meditation I suggest you bring a yoga mat, 3 to 4 blankets or towels, a bolster, 1 to 2 pillows and an eye mask or pillow. Face mask required.
