Thanksgiving historically started in Virginia...If Today, what EAST COAST (and "native" grape varietal) wines might have been served?. Join us for a wine tasting workshop exploring and learning about wines of the East Coast, and perhaps some "native" grape varietals possibly available back then? An "Old World" Thanksgiving?This is a 2 hour class. Purchase of ticket includes, but is not limited to, tastes of wine, lite bites, and notes from class.This event will be led by Michael Schwartzman, the founder of Daring Pairings. Daring Pairings develops classes, paired experiences, and events to further the knowledge, understandings, perspectives, and experience of interested people to Enrich, Inspire, and Delight! Michael is a Level 1 Somm, CSW, among other certifications, and Wine Steward at Jungle Jims Eastgate * Please note: Must have at least 8 people registered to run class We will provide wine glasses. A waiver must be signed upon arrival.
