This 4-week class will teach you basic mindfulness and stress reduction tools, help you understand your emotions and triggers, and increase your ability to respond more positively to people and situations. Participants should plan to attend all four classes. Space is limited. Please note: If you have taken this class before, please do not sign up until the day before the class begins, to ensure space for new students.
