Woman-owned business looking for professional painters with experience in light drywall repairs and surface prep. Most work will be in vacant properties with some jobs located in occupied homes around the Dorchester area. At least some English is required but we can help you build your skills! Have at least 2-3 years experience with both interior and exterior painting. Skills with paint sprayers a huge plus! Experienced and efficient in surface prep and site protection Can work well with others in a crew or work alone on smaller projects Have at least 3 references (companies or clients) Strong work ethic Reliable and professional Willingness to adhere to painter's whites dress code Someone who is either flexible or available for up to 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday is encourage to apply. Temporary positions available as well. Ability to use technology to read and understand work orders and take photos of the job site. We can translate to Spanish if needed. Have a cell phone and good communication skills Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Hourly pay rate will depend on experience level: $18-32 per hour and is paid bi-weekly. Bonuses quarterly/profit sharing We offer workers compensation insurance
