Hello CL - One of my rentals has a corner of the porch roof that has completely deteriorated down to the wood below. It doesn't leak in the house. Not sure if the whole roof needs to be replaced or not, but I can't find any small businesses in the area that work on small scale jobs like this. I will send more pics per request. Pay is negotiable depending on experience. Will need a picture of gov ID as collateral if a deposit is put down. Thanks! Tom
