The Charcuterie Queen x Wild Flour Studio In Person Charcuterie Class Corrina, owner of The Charcuterie Queen will be hosting an In Person Cheese and Charcuterie Class at The Wild Flour Studio. Corrina Cafarelli, owner of The Charcuterie Queen based out of Long Island started in June 2020, when a beloved hobby of creating cheese and charcuterie boards turned into a full fledge cheese and charcuterie business and the rest is history! Corrina's charcuterie story began during her time when she studied abroad in Europe; this was when she was first introduced to the cured meats and fine cheese game. Fascinated by all of the sensational flavors and her newly inspired palate, she began incorporating her love for charcuterie into her everyday life. The hands on in person class will teach each guest on how to create a beautiful Charcuterie Queen approved board. Each ticket includes high quality artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, all the accoutrements, bamboo plate, Name Plate, Step-by-Step guidance in creating a charcuterie board led by Corrina of The Charcuterie Queen, A jar of locally harvested honey or jam, and 1 entry to a special giveaway that will be announced at the end of class.
