I am down from 470lbs to 189lbs through cycling Ok guys I was a 470lb type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure and major depressive disorder. I took the bull by the horns and changed it. I went from 470lbs to 189lbs through cycling and some gym work and proper diet. I no longer have diabetes, high blood pressure and my depression is done. That said, I can do the same for you too. If u are over weight no matter how much, or out of shape call today...I am not looking to make money for this I just want to help others who want to achieve there dream. It's not easy, its not a get skinny quick scheme,, and you will need to work for it. But having a person who has been in the same spot as you and who will motivate you is priceless. Who will design a training program and diet plan for you, it makes it easier for you to achieve your goal. I have extensive knowledge of training plans and diet plans since I was a ex racer and USA cycling coach this all will benefit you and truthfully all just for your commitment. No money. it makes sense if you are serious about changing your life. SO WHY WAIT CALL ME TODAY...I don't care if you can ride only a mile or 2 or at only 5 miles per hours I am there for you I will not make you feel bad I understand, my first rides to recovery were only 2 miles at a time and so slow u could literally fall over but you got to start somewhere so why not have a coach who has been there and will never abandon you. I understand keto diets, low fat diets, high fiber, vegetarian and vegan diets and can work with them all and I understand the benefits of LSD (long slow distance) training, intervals, peridization and hiit traing and more...if this makes sense to you then I am your Man call today to change your life forever I will never let you down.
