We've gathered a crew of the most friendly local purveyors of scrumptious, fresh, and carefully selected sustenance to pop-up at HudCo. Let's meet the lineup: AYA Hummus (Local Artisanal Hummus — Peekskill) Our food intake is instrumental in cultivating the connection between mind and body. Awaken Your Awareness whips up hummus flavors that support our wellbeing and satisfy the tastebuds. Bloom Healthy (Fruit and Produce — New Rochelle) Offering a selection of organic seasonal and tropical fruits, vegetables, herbs, and mushrooms. Women and minority-owned Bloomy Rind (Cheese, charcuterie, crackers, and preserves — Dobbs Ferry) Shop from a cheese selection expertly curated by Jessica Galen, the most educated cheesemonger of the Rivertowns (and arguably the country). Women-owned Charlotte’s Home Kitchen (Mini cakes with dried flowers — Sparkill) A variety of cakes, many of which are gluten-free and vegan and filled with vegetables grown in her own backyard. Woman-owned Edenesque (Artisanal nut milks — Kingston) A line of non-dairy nut based milks made in the Hudson Valley with locally sourced ingredients. Sasha’s Seafood (Fresh fish and shellfish — Tarrytown) Seafood from Blue Ribbon Fish Co., Sasha's family’s five-generation business out of the Fulton Fish Market in The Bronx. Woman-owned The Wreath Forager (Seasonal Decor — Hastings on Hudson) Welcome the season with a vine wreaths decked out in foraged materials and fresh evergreen.
