We need someone to repair a sagging floor at our small house in south Hutchinson KS. This is an occupied rental home. Therefore we're looking for the shortest route to the finish line. If possible I suggest we do scab reinforcement on joist or beam issue with cinder block and 4x4 supports where necessary. We do rentals but are not local. We need someone to go over, get pictures and send us a cost to take care of this. As long as it's fair price and focuses on a quick solution we'll hire you to do the work.
