Description

This is a Full-Time maintenance and cleaning position working in Downtown Montpelier. The daily responsibilities are checking email, communicating and dealing with people about maintenance issues and keeping the building clean. Occasionally you will be asked to do additional maintenance work such as painting walls or changing a door handle. The Starting hourly pay is $20.00 an hour. Requirements: - 2+ years of Maintenance Experience (preferred) - Valid Drivers license - Able to pass a background check
