Join us for a Sunset Beach Flow on Santa Monica Beach! Join us every Friday @5pm for a community based vinyasa flow. The perfect place to wind down after a long day &/or to meet new people. A few extra mats will be available but please plan on bringing your own. There will be music, good vibes & plenty of yoga. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
