Landscape and Outdoor Maintenance

Permanent part-time. A 6-month commitment is requested. The shift is 1-7 pm but may vary due to weather. Approximately 18-24 hours/week. Good performance will result in more hours becoming available. Duties Include: - Snow Removal: hand shoveling & use of a snowblower - Leaf raking: lawns & gardens - Sweeping driveway & walkways - Mowing, trimming, & edging lawns - Weeding lawns & garden beds - Moving & adjusting sprinklers - Digging trenches for sprinklers - Trail maintenance, bush & tree limbing - Painting indoors & outdoors - Other tasks using hand and/or power tools based on skill level. * The ability and experience to safely use power tools is a plus! * Knowledge of sprinkler repair/maintenance is a plus! * This job is physically demanding. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work for hours at a time. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. * You must be a licensed, insured, car-owning driver.
