Barrelhouse welcomes us back! One final GTG before Thanksgiving! Plenty of time to figure out what watch matches with the turkey! As usual, below are some guidelines for the event. Please be mindful. 1. This is a private event. Please don't invite anyone from the outside or forward this invitation to anyone. There will be a lot of people and we want everyone to feel comfortable and safe showing off their pieces. If you know someone who would be interested in coming to future events, please contact Adam directly at [email protected] or through WhatsApp or Instagram. 2. There is no requirement to bring any watches. Bring what you feel comfortable carrying. My first event I brought two watches, one on each wrist. Some people bring one or two, others bring more. For some of you this is a big trip, and i want to reiterate that you are responsible for all of your own watches at the end of the night. Please plan accordingly. 3. Re: Pictures/Social Media. Unless otherwise specified, pictures are fine, although some of the crew might prefer their faces not be shown. If you're not sure, please ask. And if you prefer to not have your picture/face taken or posted on social media, please let people know. Tagging on social media is fine unless otherwise noted. Please also be aware that some pictures will be posted on the 49 Crowns social media. 4. It is requested that all attendees be fully vaccinated. Masks are not required outdoors. 5. There will be food and drinks available. It is a cash bar and menu. Ordering both can be done at the bar directly. Please be mindful of food and drinks around the watches. 6. Re: Parking - There are parking lots available near the venue as well as ample street parking. 7. Please RSVP by Tuesday, November 16th so I can coordinate the staffing and layout of the venue.
