We are actively looking to hire highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaners/Maids/Housekeepers. We have a growing demand of clients in the Atlanta area that require excellent service every time. If you already have your own clients, that's not a problem. We will help you obtain additional clients. You will earn more money by working with Atlanta Cleaning Specialists USA and we will send you all the work you can handle. You tell us your availability, what service areas you are available to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We will send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for. Full-time or part-time work is acceptable. We take care of the advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You only take care of the actual cleaning and get 60% of each job, which equals $25-$35 per cleaning hour. Don’t worry, you are able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business. Start Date: ASAP-Interview and background screening can take up to two weeks. Atlanta Cleaning Specialists USA is not the employer of its registered cleaner; you would be accepting jobs as an independent house cleaner/contractor. House Cleaning/Housekeeper Qualifications: • MUST have: 2+ years paid professional house cleaning experience either working for a company or running your own cleaning business/working for yourself • MUST have your own reliable vehicle (Uber, Lyft, and MARTA are not feasible) • MUST have your own cleaning supplies and tools (Vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, etc.) • MUST have daily internet access and a smart phone • Able to accommodate a wide range of client cleaning requests (standard/deep clean, move in/move out cleaning, green cleaning) • Have strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness • Dedication to serving clients and take pride in your work • Be polite, friendly and professional at all times. We are looking for a “can do” attitude. • Be extremely reliable, loyal and a hard worker • An honest and open person, especially when things don't go as planned • Able to physically handle all cleaning tasks • Able to pass a criminal background check • MUST currently reside in the metro Atlanta area to be interviewed • Speak English (conversational okay) • MUST be authorized to work in the United States • MUST have a Valid Driver’s License • Have or be willing to obtain Business Liability Insurance • 3 professional and 3 personal references COVID-19 Considerations: Independent cleaners/contractors may be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)-face mask and gloves. This opportunity is not suitable for you if you’re seeking a full-time job immediately. Once a house cleaner works with our company, we will begin to send them jobs as much as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away.
