We are looking for a handyman that can help us maintain our rental homes in Houston. Perfect for the tradesman with their own gig. Perfect for someone looking for a part time job. Perfect for someone looking for a full time job and hungry for advancement. We don't need someone very experienced. Just someone with basic handyman knowledge. Helpful knowledge includes: general plumbing, electrical, dry wall repair, painting, and landscaping. This person should have some experienece assembling furniture by following manual/instructions because we need help when furnishing homes. Must have transportation. Must be available between 10 am and 4 pm every day. Must speak Spanish. We are very flexible and we are guaranteeing 30 hrs/week at $15/hr. That is, if you work 30 hrs, we'll pay you 30 hrs. If it is a slow week and you work onlt 15 hrs, we'll pay you 30 hrs. If it's a busy week and you work full time 40 hrs, we'll pay you 40 hrs. We need someone dependable and reliable. Esta persona debe tener cierta experiencia en armar muebles siguiendo el manual o las instrucciones por que necesitamos ayuda cuando amueblamos casas. Debe tener transporte y debe estar disponible entre las 10 am y las 4 pm todos los días. Garantizamos 30 horas por semana a $ 15/hora. Es decir, si trabaja 30 hrs, le pagaremos 30 hrs. Si es una semana lenta y trabaja solo 15 hrs, le pagaremos 30 hrs. Si es una semana ocupada y trabaja a tiempo completo 40 horas, le pagaremos 40 horas. Necesitamos a alguien confiable.
