Stolen Backpack from behind Twin Peaks Kirkwood

I was watching the Canelo Alvarez fight at Twin Peaks off Kirkwood, yesterday night. Someone broke the windshield to my white jeep and stole my backpack with laptop. I didn't report this to the police nor do I plan to. I just want my laptop back as it had important docs and pictures. I'm willing to pay a fair amount.
