Join us at Joe Bob's Bar and Grill for our Annual Cookie Exchange and Ornament Painting party! Food and drinks available for purchase. Once we nail down a number of participants I will announce the total amount of treats each person will need to make. In years past this has been up to 9 dozen total treats. We will have a MAX of 25 participants. I will cut off participant opt in on December 13th for the treat part so everyone who is participating in making treats has a week to prepare. You may also opt in to just paint an ornament and not make treats or just make treats and not paint an ornament. When we do have a final headcount you will be creating 4 treats for each person participating and 6 treats for judging. We will have a contest to choose the BEST treats. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners and prizes will be awarded for your hard work! Treats will be judged by fellow participants at the event but no one will be allowed to judge their own treats. The 3 categories the treats will be judged on are: Taste, Appearance and Creativity. Painting the heart shaped ornaments will be at your leisure during the event and I will have some examples to inspire you. You can purchase your ornaments here ahead of time or bring cash or Venmo to the event. Please also be prepared to patronize and support Joe Bobs for graciously providing us a venue.
