From HIIT to Yoga! Every Sunday, starting Oct 17 at 515pm at Papago Park.
A blend of yoga with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). This workout is designed for all levels wanting to develop their fitness & yoga practice.
The portions of the class are: 5 minutes centering, 25 minute HIIT session, 25 minute yoga flow, & ending with a 5 minute savasana.
When you combine yoga and HIIT, you get muscle building and cardiovascular benefits in addition to strengthening your important stabilizing muscles that help protect you.
Receiving the benefits from both a HIIT workout (cardio & muscle), & Yoga practice (balance & flexibly).
Prepare to leave each session feeling energized and empowered!
