Come and learn Tai Chi with Grandmaster Sifu James Lofquist. We meet every Saturday Morning From 9:30 am. to 11 for beginners and Advanced class starts at 10:30 am. Your first class is free and receive 4 half hour private lessons free with your first month of classes. Improve the quality of your life thru Tai Chi. For ages 18 to 108, Most students are 50+ yrs. Private instruction available, call to schedule. Cost; Group class $15 and private instruction is $35 per hr.
