Scope of work: Install face plates on outlets, caulk areas of trim as needed, Install valve on sink in bathroom, install blinds, install screen in windows, touch up paint, clean paint off light ( will need ladder at least 20ft up) install 40 sq ft of laminate flooring, clean paint off floor. If you have a pick up truck to haul away trash bonus If you don’t have the tools, nor the time, don’t respond. Have multiple properties with bigger scopes of work If you see ad, it’s still available Paid upon completion: Job must be completed by Tuesday 5pm Job pays $325
