Mount guitar to concrete

I can't for the life of me mount this guitar mount to the concrete pillar. I drilled a few holes as you can see in the photos. I need someone to do the following: 1. Fill in the unnecessary holes for me. 2. Mount the guitar mount to the pillar. I need you to bring the tools. I don't know if what I have is adequate since I struggled so much with this.. Paying $50. This should be a quick job. Please let me know if you have any questions.
