Learn to needle felt by making unique toadstools, then combine them with natural materials to make a beautiful tealight decoration! Participants will learn to needle felt by making stunning toadstools, which we will then add to scavenged natural materials to make a forest-themed tealight decoration, similar to the one pictured. All materials provided, and participants may bring their own "found" items to add to their pieces. Over the course of three classes, the basics of needle felting will be taught, including going over materials and tools, learning and practicing techniques, and making a variety of fun fungi! The final project will be comprised of several toadstools students make, in addition to natural materials. This class takes place over the course of three sessions, all included in one admission.
