Loving beautiful cat needs a barn/winery job

We're giving up our sweet cat. She's a beautiful girl that we pulled from a dumpster when she was just a few weeks old. She's currently about 10 years old and over the years she's developed an increasingly strong aversion to the litter box. We've tried all sorts of behavioral interventions and have spent a ton of money on medical testing in search of a cause. The vet finally dubbed her "just a jerk". That being said, she's extremely sweet and loving and she's great at keeping rodents away. She kept our home in Hawaii rat-free (no easy task) and promptly got rid of the rats in our current Alameda house. She did well as an outside only cat in our previous house, but we no longer have the yard/outside space in our new digs. Do you or someone you know need a sweet, efficient, working cat? She's been spayed and is up to date on all shots. She has a heated cat house that can accompany her to her new home.
