Tech Metal band in search of Guitarist

Hey Y'all, my name is Chris. I'm a singer/guitarist/producer/recording engineer and myself and my drummer friend are looking FIRST for a suitable guitarist w/ a perfectionist mentality. We're not paying anyone and we do not get paid, but both myself and the drummer are professional musicians. We're not technically looking for pro players, but an FYI, I only release (semi) professional level recordings and wish to perform live similarly. Drummer and I are super chill dudes, mid 30's, and work with pro equipment. Our goal is to learn and teach the songs we've already written, continue writing original music with your influence, have fun, perform often, produce a record every 2 years, find a capable bassist, and MAYBE a screamer and 2x more guitarists for the Periphery-esque layering, which worked great for us live. We practice in Bayview district and will eventually ask members to chip in for rent. For now, not an issue, but we do not have backup equipment for you to rely on regularly.
