Description

Join us for 2020's Appalachian Breastfeeding Conference in Flintstone, MD! This year's theme is "Inequities in Appalachia", where we will focus on what makes lactation difficult to sustain in the region of Appalachia. Stretching from New York to Mississippi, Appalachia is a 13-state region home to its own unique culture. This year's conference won't be afraid to talk about the nitty gritty, and we hope you'll bring both your listening and thinking caps as we investigate how to make Appalachian breastfeeding rates better as well as opening up access to care to our families.
