Thank you for looking at my post! I am a Real Estate Agent currently working with investors on fix and flips. We are currently looking for a few jobs and you can contact me in regards to any that you are qualified for. After you contact me I will set up a time for us to meet at the home and get a quote for the work. House is 2560 SQFT 3 bed 3 bath List of jobs: Painters: Home needs to be painted. (ideally a white/grey color) it is currently painted a beige color throughout most of the house with a few areas having more bright colors. We also want to paint the cabinets in the home, currently they are brown. Landscaping: we need someone that can make the front of the home and curb appeal pop! Currently grass is over grown and has no plants. We would like to add some plants and make the backyard area really nice and functional. Fence will also need to be replaced. Home Deep cleaning: once all work is done we will need a really great deep clean of the house A/C: Home has 2 A/Cs we need to determine if we need to replace them or if they are easy to repair.
