Help needed for someone who helps others

I have a friend who is in need of a transmission. This guy is in recovery and goes above and beyond helping others. He normally transports a lot of newer people in recovery to places where they can strengthen their recovery, but hasn't really been able to due to his transmission going out. He needs someone who can either fix his transmission or help him buy a new one. He drives a 97 Tahoe LS and the transmission is a M30. Any thing helps!
