Found German Shepard running on the side of the freeway by west 13th street in Merced. I heard she has been seen over the past 4 days, she’s a really good girl she is just really timid. She ducks everytime someone gets close to her and cries too she has anxiety, she also has cuts under her fur and is really malnourished so I’m assuming she was abused beforehand, I’m not too sure She’s not trained or anything but she’s a really good girl on walks and in cars and in our house. She warmed up to me a lot so I think she just needs some love
