I am currently looking for a room mate. I am a female living with my daughter in a four bedroom, 3 bath house. I live in a split level home. I have a finished basement downstairs with brand new carpet and a full bath. My daughter and I live upstairs. The finished basement includes two rooms, a full bath, a mounted television with internet and cable...also privacy. I would be willing to rent the downstairs for $600 monthly, including all utilities. If you are a smoker, then I would insist you smoke outside or in the garage that connects to the downstairs. I am pet friendly; however, own a dog who is not. In essence, he is the boss. I do not mind other pets. Feel free to contact me. I am a Social Worker and my daughter is a junior at Sonoraville HS.
