Because this is the first class of the year and we all have NEW YEAR resolutions it will start with a African Dance Class warm up before the stretch just to warm the body up.. ill be dancing along side with yall.. oh boii lol but it will be a Vibe!! this is basic 2 step african with stretch so trust me NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Using my Unique style with a slight dance technique twist. This class will guide you through the proper way of the body. Everyone gets trained the same in each and every class. You'll leave with a vibe!
