Rehoming a white dwarf hamster

Description

We adopted Daisy from Petco about 6 months ago. We’ve spent a lot of time caring for her and trying to ply her with treats and offers of attention, but she’s not much up for any kind of bonding with us. In fact, she makes regular effort at escape and apparently would rather live under the fridge or stove instead of the lavishly furnished cage we’ve provided. We’re thinking someone else might have better luck establishing the bond she deserves, or might be able to provide her with a more escape-proof home.
