Looking for reptiles/bugs/animals to document for a film

My name is Takoda Shane, I am a local Denver filmmaker. Currently I am working on a 40 minute post apocalyptic film. It's an adventure story following two friends on the run from an emperor and his warriors. I am in need of capturing some B-Roll to fill in some of the scenes and help set the mood for some of the turning points in the story. I am looking for a snake or some kind of reptile/bug/animal that I can film feeding. It would need to be live fed, mice, rats etc. Not wanting to do any kind of animal abuse, I simply want to document this as naturally as possible.
