We sat across from each other at the gate to our Alaska airlines flight from Portland to Denver this evening, and smiled at each other with our eyes behind our masks a few times, then again when I passed you in your seat as I was boarding. Those eyes made me want to know your story, but I was too shy/tired to start a real conversation. I’d like a second chance to say hello.
