We are an investment company looking for someone that's available to go to properties & take photos from time to time. You do NOT need to be a professional photographer, just someone with the ability to take good photos (even if it's on your phone). We mainly need someone who is flexible on time & comfortable to talk with residents/tenants (if needed). Job Description: We will set up times that you can go to a select property (either occupied or vacant) & you will simple take photos/videos of the exterior & interior of the property. You will then upload the photos online for us to utilize. Compensation: We will pay $20 per hour for your work, INCLUDING the time it takes you to drive to the property. We are willing to pay you with whatever payment service you prefer (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Check, Wire Transfer, etc).
