Clarence has been at the shelter for only 11 days, but already living in a shelter environment has taken its toll!! Clarence is no longer relaxed and easy going. Instead, he is stressed,and he can become easily over-excited. Clarence's behavior in the shelter appears to be a function of living in a chaotic, noisy, unnatural setting for a dog and likely not a good indication of who he is. He needs a foster ASAP! or he won't make it out alive.
