Looking for a full-time maintenance handyman to do repairs make apartments ready for move-in and small construction jobs. Must be available 20 to 40 hours per week and have their own tools. Must be experienced and able to do small plumbing and electrical jobs painting sheet rock repair. Must have valid Drivers license and transportation.
