Evening Janitor this position is from Wednesday until Sunday evenings. shifts are 8 hours and the time is between 6 p.m. to 2 p.m. Provide friendly and courteous service to customers Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, private rooms, corridors, entrance areas Maintain floors - consisting of scrubbing with appropriate pads and chemicals, stripping, polishing, and re-glossing Empty trash cans for proper disposal Operation of the scrub machine and buffing machine Clean windows Follow safety and sanitation procedures Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies. Change light bulbs Other duties will be assigned at the discretion of the management Qualifications & Requirement: Must have a driver's license and personal vehicle. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to perform manual tasks including lifting a maximum of 50 pounds. Willing to take Background Check if necessary Requires frequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, pulling, carrying, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must have good eyesight to see dust, dirt, and debris to be cleaned. All Customers are required to wear face masks. We provide sanitizer and face mask for employees and customers.
