LOST CHIHUAHUA. Hi neighbors. My senior parents live near Paseo Nuevo and La Amistad, in Tarzana. This morning their Chihuahua (Charlie) disappeared around 8:30 AM. Unfortunately he got out of the house and we think a coyote got him in the backyard because my mom heard him scream, but he was nowhere to be found.
