Thin maple plyboard cut to scale

I need a thin 1/4" piece of maple plyboard material cut to scale at 37" in length by 6" wide. The grain should go in the direction of the 37" edge. I need to contractor to supply the material and do the cutting before they arrive on-site. I am located near the HEB on Wooded Acres Dr in Waco, TX 76710.
