Assistant Construction Superintendent A homebuilder located in Breckenridge, CO is seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent to assist with the construction of new residential homes and light commercial properties. The Assistant Superintendent will work within a team of experienced subcontractors to successfully deliver custom and semi-custom homes. The Assistant Superintendent will assist the Construction Manager throughout the construction process from municipal approvals to punch-list completion and will work to ensure each project meets established schedule, budget, and quality standards. Primary job responsibilities will include: • Supervising and assisting laborers daily • Organizing and protecting construction materials on multiple jobsites • Performing minor repairs and tasks related to punch list/warranty work • General maintenance of construction sites including trash/snow removal and manual labor tasks Qualifications The Assistant Superintendent must have experience in residential construction, the skills to perform repairs and improvements (primarily touch-up painting, drywall patching, minor carpentry, minor framing, etc.), and the ability to communicate clearly with vendors and subcontractors. The Assistant Superintendent must also possess a valid driver’s license, the ability to perform physical labor, and a willingness to complete all jobsite tasks in a timely manner. Entry level position with opportunity for advancement. Compensation • Salary Range $48,000-$58,000 DOE • 401K, Heath, Paid Time Off, Phone Plan • Performance bonus • Housing available
