Need an experienced drummer who can play Americana/rock&roll/country. Originals with a cover or two thrown in for shits and giggles. Great catchy songs. Hooks abound. We like Tom Petty, Kathleen Edwards, Jason Isbell, and Sarah Shook. We like Badfinger. Hank Williams. The Lemonheads. We think The Smithereens should have been much bigger than they were. We need a pocket player who understands less is more, who can lay back behind the beat, and who can just play for the song. Harmony singing ability would be amazing, but not a dealbreaker. We don’t care about your age, but we’re in our 40’s, in case you care. Be a man, be a woman. Be gay, straight, transgender, black, white, asian, latinx, super tall, or tiny and delicate—whatever. Just be a cool person to hang with and do the work. No hired guns, please. Gigs are booked into January, but we’re holding off adding any more until we find you.
