Looking to hire an experienced skilled handyman jack of all trades who is able to go on service calls in homes and do repairs. This job is for someone who is money motivated and pays by the job. (These are generally small jobs) It is as needed not PT or FT, no set amount of hours it is just by the amount of leads per week. I can try to do my best to schedule leads around your schedule but you have to be flexible also. Must be willing to work some evenings and possibly some weekends if needed. (Defiantly won't be constant weekends) 10-99. Must have MANY years experience and able to repair, install, fix, etc. Must be an all around carpenter/handyman This includes the being able to do the following: Thermostat Installation, Uninstall/Install Over The Counter Microwaves, Hang Shelving (Some Very Heavy), Lay Laminate (Tile a Plus), Trim, Remodeling Skills a Plus, Carpentry, Take Out Cracked/Broken Glass Decks a Major Plus (but not required), Faucet replacement; Showerhead replacement, Picture/Blind Hanging, Carpet Removal, Install (a plus but not required), Gutter Cleaning/Downspouts, Door Hardware Installations (this includes smart locks) /Fix, Install Cabinet Hardware, Adjust/Hang Cabinets, Re-Screen, Minor Re-Plumb, Pick Up, Install, Haul off Dishwasher, Mount 30”-80” Televisions, (Installing in Brick & Rock a major plus but not required) Replace Garbage Disposals, Replace Light Fixtures, Replace Ceiling Fans (Requires putting them together out of the box) Repair/Replace Doorbells, Washing Machine, Dryer Installs/Haul Offs, Install Toilets, Fix Toilet Issues, Replace Locks/Handles, Replace Sinks, Sprayers, Faucets, Fix Cabinets/Drawers, Fix/Weatherproof Drafty Doors/Windows, Install Doors, (Prehung or Slab, Interior or Exterior), Install Grab Bar Installations a Plus, Caulking, Installing Window A/C Units, Fences a Major Plus, Gate Repair a Requirement, Fix/Replace Interior/Exterior Railings, Mailbox Installs on Home/In Concrete, Minor Pluming, Minor Electric, BBQ Assembly, Closet Hardware Assembly, there is more but these are some of the main things. This job is only for a VERY experienced handyman, you will be put to the test immediately to see your skill level. Must be able to drive your own vehicle.
