Need help with holiday lights

Hello, I have 3 weeks to get all my lights up and it is a big display. I can pay someone twenty dollars an hour to help me if you have time. I need the lights around the house (1 story), the windows, trees and bushes right away. There is a lot more but that is priority. This is a lot of ladder work. It is 2-3 full days of work.
