I am a landlord of 9 units all in the Portland neighborhood. I will pay $20/hr for quality work. For bigger jobs we can negotiate a price on a case by case basis. Must have own transportation and tools. This is part time and the work can be done on your time. I will need some references or pictures of work you've done. The ability to do minor plumbing or electrical work is a huge plus. I pay daily via cash app.
