I have a small company and am looking for a full time manager that actually has a variety of skills regarding home repair. (Most importantly an ability to learn quickly) REQUIREMENTS 1. 4 YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE (Don't contact me if you don't have a Bachelors degree or higher) 2. Experience installing a variety of flooring, drywall, cabinets, plumbing, landscaping, electrical. 3. No DRUG ABUSE or history of drug abuse. (Including ALCOHOL) 4. No MENTAL HEALTH issues. 5. NO CRIMINAL RECORD. (Including DUI) 6. Must be able to communicate clearly and often via text to me. 7. Dependable truck or van. 8. Dependable phone. 9. Ability to show up on time. 10. Available to work 40 hours a week and sometimes on the weekends. 11. Little to no fear of heights. 12. A full compliment of general purpose tools. 13. Physically strong. 14. Prefer MILITARY VETERAN I am paying $30 to $40 (depending on experience) an hour with annual bonus possible. The jobs are located throughout the Cleveland Area and vary from day to day.
