Contractor needs journeyman carpenter for punchlist work on small apt. Need to install one post, surface mount three hinged wood gates (build two). Install address numbers on apt. Reattached 30' of gutter on rafters and reattach two downspouts. Install 6- 2"x2" pickets on deck railing and reattach 5' hand railing. Install one piece of 1"x4"x12'trim on garage.
