Seeking space for tiny home on wheels within 40 minutes of Folsom. Will buy house based on amenities available (power? Water? Sewer?) Looking at several. Parking seems to be the hardest part. Will be 28-36 feet long, 8.5 wide, 13.5 tall, RV certified and insured. Don’t need pavement, just some gravel. Do need access to yard, parking for van. Prefer semi-rural, as close to Folsom as possible. Tenant will be 50yo woman + one full-time 13yo + 1 pt 14yo. Good kids, in school full time. If wanted, I can provide some caregiving to supplement rent or to enable ADU status (if required for permit).
