Photo Studio Time Share, Daily Rentals, & Event Rentals in 900 sq/ft studio with classic raw industrial characteristics in a clean and organized production setting in the highly coveted 1717 Troutman studio building.  The studio features light grey concrete floors, a wall of windows and 14ft ceilings. Blackout curtains are installed for working efficiency! Open shooting space is 18.5x40ft. The studio is situated on the 2nd floor and it's windows look out over the treetops to open sky. 24 Hour Freight Elevator!!! Grip equipment is included with the rental, stocked seamless paper on hand, and Profoto equipment is available for rent.   Studio also comes with Wifi and self managed heating/cooling, Makeup table, & sofa for clients.   Time Share Rate of $525/mo includes 3 Full Calendar Days/mo w/ 3 month minimum commitment! Utilities & Grip Equipment included.
