Lost yellow & black tote that feel off car on September 27 on east bound lane of 299 right before the Blue lake exit, was gone when I returned. It has a collection of personal items of perfume and documents. There is a reward if given back with no QUESTIONS ASKED. It is a life long colletion that is of personal memories and would be happy to get it back.
